Hi, I’m Estella.

I am a junior at Parsons School of Design. I have experience in both digital and traditional art. Working across traditional, mixed media, and digital processes, I explore how visual elements can communicate ideas that words alone cannot.

My work is driven by a love of narrative and atmosphere, which is why I am particularly drawn to book cover and album cover design. I enjoy the challenge of distilling a story, theme, or feeling into a single image that invites viewers to look closer. Through illustration and design, I aim to create visuals that are both engaging and meaningful, balancing concept, craftsmanship, and creativity in every project.

My Approach

I see design and illustration as forms of communication. My goal is not only to create beautiful images but to craft visual experiences that leave a lasting impression and encourage viewers to engage and connect with/learn from the stories being told.

Authenticity

How can images communicate beyond their surface, creating connections between the work and the people who encounter it?

Connection

How can art reveal common threads between us and remind us that our experiences are often more connected than they seem?
